TRAINING PACKAGES

Level 1 – Construction Labourer Class 1

Welcome to the team. This is where you build a fundamental understanding and basic skillset of what it means to work as part of a team in the construction industry. Includes all formal training and your own tools and equipment package so you can be work-ready.

Level 1 – Construction Labourer Class 2

Building on skills acquired as a Class 1, here you will get further exposure to more complex tasks and responsibilities. Additional formal training included. 

Level 2 – Scaffolding Trainee

Get exposed to one of the most physically demanding but rewarding roles in the construction industry. Learn from the experts as you enter the fast-paced and challenging world of scaffolding. Includes formal training and a tools and equipment package to get work-ready. 

Level 2 – Transport & logistics Trainee

Buckle up, the road awaits. Step into a role that is critical for the success of all MSH projects and learn the fundamental skills to work as part of the logistics team. Includes formal training and exposure to a variety of construction projects and industries. 

Level 2 – Manufacturing and Engineering Trainee

If you love tinkering and building, this is the entry point for you. Here you’ll get exposure to a range of duties and activities including lifting, rigging, general mantenance and repairs. Includes formal training and a tools and equipment package to get you work-ready.

Level 2 – Painter and Decorator

Painting and decorating is one of the most visually rewarding and satisfying trades you can dip your brush into.

If you love seeing the results of your hard labour and have an eye for detail, this is the entry point for you. Here you’ll get exposure to a range of duties and activities beyond just the roller and brush, including general mantenance and repairs, installations, restorations and fixtures. Includes formal training and a tools and equipment package to get you work-ready.

Level 3 – Scaffolder Leading Hand

This is where we develop our future scaffolding leaders. Here you will take on additional duties and responsibilities to match your demonstrated experience and skills. Includes formal training and exposure to more challenging roles where you will build diligent work ethic, attention to detail and supervisory traits to set you up as a team mentor and leader. 

Level 4 – Operations Supervisor

Our Operations Supervisors are no strangers to effective project management and team-leading skills. Here you will hone your skills to monitor work standards, uphold MSH values and processes and ensure project performance. Includes formal training and workplace-based activities to continue your career progression.
