Our Values

Work Health and Safety

MSH have established and implemented a robust safety management system that aligns to the outcomes of ISO standards, with a long-term business objective of obtaining certification. We have a documented review process to ensure system continuity and effectiveness in practise.

No activity is more important than our standards for health and safety.

Here are the 5 Golden Rules that drive this vision.

Everyone must be trained, competent and fit for work

Every day starts with a pre-start meeting and site specific SWMS

The necessary and correct PPE, tools and equipment are available and used appropriately for the task

We all have an obligation to stop work that is unsafe

All incidents and near misses get reported, regardless of severity

We foster the worth of the individual and the community through an established cultural awareness system. This ensures a successful amalgamation of a multicultural working environment.

Here are the 5 Golden Rules that drive this vision.

Celebrate the history you represent through your actions

Take ownership for our work as a team

Promote open and honest communication, critical to our success

Encourage equal opportunity through inclusive, respectful and supportive behaviour
